Writers’ Guild Gets Back to Work
Founder Jennifer Lincoln writes that the Writers’ Guild of Delaware County will resume its monthly meetings on Saturday, September 14, at 11 a.m. The meetings are held in the Council Room in Swarthmore Borough Hall at 121 Park Avenue.
“This month’s meeting is jam-packed with writing exercises, guest speakers, updates on industry news and lots of creative discussions,” Lincoln said. “If you are 18 or older and live or work in Delaware County, you are welcome to join the group. Come see what we are about, but we ask that you attend no more than two monthly meetings before deciding on membership.”
The cost of a yearly membership is $30; the year runs from September until June of each year. Membership includes free writing workshops, feedback forums, monthly meetings, review of industry updates, and much more. For details, email writersguildofdelco@gmail.com.
