In mid-June, the Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation (Bryn Mawr Trust) and the Wilmington-based WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS Bank) announced that they plan to merge. As a result of the merger, the Swarthmore branch of Bryn Mawr Trust will close.
